Membership Descriptions

CattleFax provides four different levels of membership to bona-fide cattle producers and lenders described below. Optional services such as cash trade, and DTN can be added for additional fees. Limited services are also available for non-producers, to inquire availability call Member Services. Click on the highlighted subtitles to view the various reports. Membership rates are listed separately by clicking on rates.

Subscription Membership - Rates

This membership is available to producers with 3,000 head or less and is included as a part of the other three memberships for operations over 3,000 head.

50 weekly CattleFax Updates
Recap the market trade for the week, the outlook for next week and a two-to four-month outlook. The weekly Update includes market information on fed cattle, feeders, cows and calves, total supplies, captive supplies, meat production, competitive meats, feed grains, Holsteins and retail-featuring data. In addition, there is a monthly long-term weather outlook.
Cow/Calf Focus Reports
Includes costs, marketing alternatives, bred cow outlook, calf price outlooks and articles that are beneficial for management and marketing decisions.
Cow/Calf Surveys
Furnish low-cost management practices, calving percentages, expansion plans, trends and outlooks.
2 Long-Term Outlooks
Deliver two- to five-year projections, trends, cycles, analyses and industry changes.

Is a year subscription service, plus gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with an analyst that not only specializes in your region of the country, but also with your type of operation for any six months of the year.

Three-Month Seasonal Membership - Rates

Is a year subscription service, plus gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with an analyst that not only specializes in your region of the country, but also with your type of operation for any three months of the year.
